Join Historic Oakland Foundation for the 10th annual Run Like Hell 5K! The largest cemetery run in the country, Run Like Hell is one of Atlanta’s favorite neighborhood 5K fundraisers.
Run Like Hell is a Peachtree Road Race qualifier. The race begins at Lion Square and covers several areas of Oakland Cemetery, including the historic Jewish grounds, Confederate section, new Beaumont Allen Greenhouse, Hogpen Corner, Knit Mill, and Roger’s Hill, as well as the Memorial Drive Greenway to the state capitol. The keyhole course is entirely paved and gently rolling with soft turns, a much faster course than previous years!
Walkers, leashed dogs, and strollers are welcome. The race closes out at 1,600 participants, so be sure to register early!
The PNC Atlanta 10 Miler & 5K is one of Atlanta’s most popular running and walking events. Starting and ending at Atlantic Station, runners and walkers wind through Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood and are encouraged by cheer zones at every mile. Challenge yourself to Conquer Cardiac Hill by running as fast as you can down the famous hill at mile 2. Celebrate your finish with family and friends at one of Atlantic Station’s many restaurants.
